Accurate Append, Inc.
July 28, 2025 – Delete Act
The California Privacy Protection Agency Board ordered a Bellevue, Washington-based data broker, Accurate Append, Inc., to pay a $55,400 fine for failing to register and pay an annual fee as required by the Delete Act. The fine was the result of a continued investigative sweep of data broker registration compliance, announced on October 30, 2024.
