March 6, 2026 - Invitation for Preliminary Comments on Proposed Rulemaking
CalPrivacy solicited preliminary written comments related to reducing friction in the exercise of privacy rights from the public via its Invitation for Preliminary Comments – Reducing Friction in the Exercise of Privacy Rights and Opt-out Preference Signals (OOPS). The preliminary comment period closed on April 6, 2026.
