Account creation + registration
Our business is not showing up on the data broker registry.
We update the data broker registry periodically. If you are requesting an update to your registration information, please contact us. Please note that the 2026 California Data Broker Registry contains registration information for data brokers who operated in 2025. If you plan to begin operating as a data broker in 2026, you must complete registration by following the instructions on Account creation, fees and annual registration.
Our business is no longer operating as a data broker.
If you are no longer operating as a data broker, please contact us for instructions on how to deactivate your account and update, if necessary, your registration information.
We recently began operating as a data broker.
If you start brokering the data of California consumers between January 1 and August 1, 2026, you must create an account, pay the DROP access fee, and process deletion requests as described in (Civil Code §§ 7610-7616). If you begin operating as a data broker after August 1, 2026, you must create an account before you commence operations. Visit Account creation, fees and annual registration for more information.
Processing deletion requests
Our business doesn’t collect the data provided in DROP’s consumer deletion lists.
If a data broker does not collect, maintain, or sell personal information contained in any consumer deletion list, they still must select at least one list to review for potential matches. In such cases, it is recommended data brokers select lists that either a) include types of personal information previously processed by the data broker, or b) include the types of personal information they are most likely to process in the future. In the event the list you select does not have any matches, return the status code 5, “record not found,” for each entry. For more information, visit Processing DROP requests.
